• discuss appointment availability
• secure your transformation date with your reservation deposit
Once your appointment is officially reserved, we’ll send you everything you need for your experience, including:

• direct communication with our team leading up to your visit
From there, we walk you through every step.

No separate consultation is required before booking.
To begin, simply complete our intake form after exploring our transformation experiences. Once we review your submission, a member of our team will personally reach out to answer questions, discuss availability, and guide you through securing your appointment with your reservation deposit.
After your experience is reserved, you’ll receive personalized consultation and preparation forms for us to better understand your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve during your time with us.
For clients booking The Reveal or The Cover, your experience also includes an in-person consultation upon arrival at The Makeover Studio, where we take time to thoughtfully evaluate your features, proportions, personal style, and transformation goals before services begin.
This consultation is an important part of creating a personalized experience designed specifically for you.
Your transformation is never one-size-fits-all—it is intentionally built around you.
Yes.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment date at The Makeover Studio.
Your deposit is applied toward your final balance and reserves dedicated studio time exclusively for your personalized experience, allowing our team to thoughtfully prepare for your visit.
Because each appointment is highly customized and time-reserved, we kindly ask clients to be mindful when booking.
Appointments canceled with fewer than 7 days’ notice may result in a non-refundable deposit.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we always do our best to work with clients when life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice whenever possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list.
Appointments canceled with fewer than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
Rescheduling requests made with advance notice will be accommodated whenever possible based on studio availability.
Our goal is always to approach scheduling with fairness, care, and understanding—while also honoring the dedicated studio time reserved exclusively for each client.

For the most relaxed and enjoyable experience, we recommend arriving the day before your makeover, particularly if you are flying in. You may also consider extending your stay an extra day or two. Giving yourself this time allows you to fully settle in and enjoy every part of your transformation.

Feel free to arrive early and relax at the coffee shop across the atrium from us.
Wear something comfortable for the day but bring something beautiful to change into for" your “big reveal.”
Order lunch from a delivery service such as Door Dash or Uber Eats and enjoy the break with your fellow makeovers in progress.
